Inkjet Printer Cartridge Recycling Mailers

Toner Cloner does not accept opened mailers or mailer recycled printer cartridges as return products. Printer cartridges recycled through the mailer service are NOT warranted by Toner Cloner, but by the recycling company. Once redeemed, the warranty provided by the recycling company is the only warranty provided on the cartridge. Toner Cloner does not provide additional warranty.  Please review the insert included with your mailer box.

SHIPPING CHARGES

Shipping charges are nonrefundable, except in the event of our packing error. Customers receiving free shipping will be credited the full purchase price of all products returned less $5.95 for shipping if their entire order is returned for a refund.

REFUNDS

Customers returning items can expect to be refunded in the same method in which they paid within 7-10 business days of our receipt of return.

EXCHANGES

If you ordered the wrong product or if you have changed printers, you can exchange the product if it is unopened. If the box is damaged, opened or any seals broken, we can not accept this product for an exchange.

If you want to return our products for an exchange or refund, please ship them to the address below. Make sure to completely fill out the return form and write your order number on the outside of the return package. Please indicate if you would like a refund or exchange. All returns are processed, credited, or reshipped within 7-10 business days of our receipt of return.

TONER CLONER is not responsible for products sent to us that are past our warranty or not ordered from our company.
